My name is Lindsey, I’m 28 and I live in Boston, Massachusetts. I love poetry, ska and the ocean.
I received my M.S. in Applied Communication Studies back in 2015, I am currently in the process of getting my Drug and Alcohol Counseling Certificate and soon enough, I will be fully on my way to an incredible career in Substance Abuse Prevention.
I am working toward achieving a more simplistic lifestyle, to ease my financial stress and to create a better work/life balance all around. I have been making small steps toward this transition on and off for about 3 years, but THE TIME IS NOW and this blog is the place to be for updates on my “spend-less-do-more” lifestyle! I’ve deemed this whole process the Spend-Less-Do-More-Challenge (#SLDMchallenge), in an effort to hold myself accountable.
The Guidelines Are Simple:
– It’s not about having the least, it’s about having just enough.
– QUALITY OVER QUANTITY
– “If it does not bring you joy, let it go”
If this concept peaks your interest, please subscribe to my blog and feel free to follow my #SLDMchallenge tag on here & on Instagram (@lindsliveswithless) for updates!
In addition to all of that, I’ll be sporadically posting poetry I’ve written, general updates on my life and pictures from concerts and cool places that I visit.
Thanks for stopping by!
